RawSerp is a search API that returns search-engine results as structured JSON and Markdown for use in software and AI pipelines. Google search is available today; additional engines may be added over time, and features described on our marketing pages may roll out progressively. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@rawserp.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law, or infringe the rights of others;
• circumvent the rate limits, quotas, or access controls of the Service, or share or resell API keys;
• resell or redistribute raw result data in a way that competes with the search providers we query, or that violates their terms;
• send unlawful, harassing, or harmful queries, or use the Service to build a profile of an individual for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of returned data complies with the terms of the underlying search engines and with applicable data-protection law.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, who handles payment and any applicable VAT or sales tax. Each plan includes a monthly request quota that resets at the start of every billing period and does not roll over.

Paid plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the listed price using the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

API keys authenticate requests to your account and must be kept secret. You may rotate or revoke keys at any time from the dashboard. We hash stored keys and never display a key’s full value after creation. You are responsible for usage and charges incurred under your keys.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, impose limits, or modify features. Upstream search engines may change their behavior, which can affect results, latency, or availability.

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. Search results returned to you originate from third-party engines and remain subject to their respective rights; we grant you no ownership over that content beyond the right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are complete, accurate, or fit for any particular use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RawSerp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; clauses that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
