Refund Policy

Last updated June 21, 2026.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid RawSerp subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. Billing is handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record.

1. Free trial

Most paid plans include a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before you are charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. We recommend using the trial to confirm RawSerp fits your use case, since charges that follow the trial are subject to the policy below.

2. Subscriptions are billed in advance

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include a request quota that resets each billing period and does not roll over. Because access and quota are made available immediately at the start of each period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods or for unused requests within a period.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access and quota until then. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a period on cancellation, except where required by law.

4. When we do issue refunds

We will refund a charge in these cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges — e.g. you were billed twice for the same period.
  • Billing errors — you were charged the wrong amount or for a plan you did not select.
  • Service not delivered — a sustained outage on our side that prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of a billing period, and that we were unable to remedy.

Requests outside these cases are considered on a discretionary, case-by-case basis.

5. What is not refundable

We generally cannot refund charges for: requests already consumed during a period; quota left unused at the end of a period; degraded results, latency, or availability caused by upstream search engines changing their behavior; or suspension or termination of your account for breach of the Terms.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, note that RawSerp is a digital service supplied immediately on subscription; by starting to use the Service within any withdrawal period, you may be asked to acknowledge that your right to withdraw can end once supply has begun. Paddle administers statutory refunds on our behalf where they apply.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@rawserp.com from the address on your account, within 30 days of the charge, with your account email and the date and amount of the payment. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the dashboard or by email. The policy in effect at the time of your charge governs that charge.
